Upside Down Pizza Casserole

Tonight I cooked upside down pizza casserole.  It was very declicious and very easy.  If you are interested in the recipe it is as follows:

Ingredients:
1 to 1.5 lbs of ground beef (I USE TURKEY MEAT)
15 oc can of italian tomatoe sauce
4 oc can of slice mushrooms
1/4 cup slice pitted ripe olives (OPTIONAL)
1 to 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese or four-cheese pizza blend
10 oc. package of refrigerated biscuits

Preheat your oven to 400 F.  In a large skillet cook beef until brown, if you are using regular hamburger meat you are going to need to drain the fat and grease.  Once the meat is cooked stir in the italian tomatoe sauce, mushrooms, and olives if you are using them.  Heat through and then transfer the meat to a 2 quart backing dish.  Sprinkle your shredded cheese on top of the meet.  Then take your biscuits and flatten them and place them on top of the meat and cheese.  Bake, uncovered for 15 to 17 minutes or until your biscuits are golden.

We met with our realtor on Friday and we are officially putting our house on the market Wednesday.  After all the hard work I am sure hoping that it all pays off.  Our realtor just sold a house just like ours in the neighborhood after being on the market for 60 days.  Therefore, I am sure hoping it goes that way for us.  Here are a few pictures:

Back Splash

My dad says I am turning into a "Jack of all trades."  I guess maybe I am or, I am just determined to sell my house :)  Either way, I just completed a back splash ALL BY MYSELF in my kitchen.  It took me two days because you have to put the glue down and let the tiles sit for 24 hours.  Then, you have to put the grout on and it has to dry for 24 hours.  Here a few before and after pictures.

Hello Friends!

I am writing my first post as Mrs. Gary.  Life is great and I have no complaints.....except :) we are getting our house ready to put on the market.  It has been hectic around our house.  We have someone painting the inside of our house and retouching all the trim work as of right now.  We are also attempting to put up backsplash in our kitchen.  Do not get me wrong, we have a beautiful house, but we have out grown it.  Clark had all the living neccesities, and I had all the living necessities.  Then, we came together and had double living necessities plus, we got married and got more living necessities :).  So, as you can see, we have lots of stuff.  I am not complaining, but we are out of room.  I have all these beautiful and great kitchen appliances that I can not use because I have them stored in their boxes and put in the attick out of the way.  We are renting a storage unit to take some things to, and we are getting the house ready to hire a real estate agent.  We are putting the house on the market hopefully by the end of this month.  In the mean time, I will be working on my projects around the house and my photography, stay posted!

BY THE WAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JONATHAN TILL TODAY AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY (AGAIN) TO MY AMAZING MOTHER-IN-LAW.  HER BIRTHDAY WAS THE 11TH!
